Effective Date: January 1, 2020

Connections Education LLC, dba Pearson Virtual Schools USA (collectively, "Connections"), a Pearson company, respects your privacy and takes the duty to protect it seriously. As a service provider for public schools, monetizing your personal information would be a violation of our values.

California Residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a new law, effective January 1, 2020, that gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information by a business subject to the law. The CCPA does not apply to non-profit or government institutions.

The CCPA defines “personal information” and “sale” very broadly to include data sharing that does not involve monetary payments and may not include names or email addresses. It is unclear whether third party targeted advertising cookies involve the sale of Personal Information under the CCPA. Please also see the Do Not Track information in our California Supplemental Privacy Statement.

Cookies can store preferences, make a site more user-friendly and collect information about site usage and performance.
